F&N


F&N is fun during practical but not during theory.Obviously... i learnt how to cook
for example... pizza etc..There was once i made a bread?? Or was it a cake.. Not
too sure..And it was so soggy...But it tasted okay though..So what i learnt about this is that we have to put the right amount of food :O I learnt about the vitamins found in different kind of food...and the pros and cons of each vitamin..O.-And of course! I learnt about how to prevent from having some diseases :]That should be useful :DBy the way.. i learnt about different methods of cooking!I ( ++ sec 1s) did a research on breads suitable for teens.We did try making them.It was fun!!i did quite well... but no improvement i guess... not too sure =x
